Our Commercial Pro range is purpose-built for high-frequency, multi-user environments. Compared with our standard ice baths, it offers upgraded filtration and water treatment, higher-capacity cooling, intelligent app and dashboard monitoring, and commercial-grade components designed for demanding daily use. It is built not simply to accommodate more users, but to maintain reliable performance as usage increases.
Can a commercial ice bath run all day without adding ice?
Absolutely. No ice is required to run the ice bath all day.
How many users can the commercial Elite handle per day?
Up to 80 users per day
What is the difference between the commercial pro and the commercial elite?
The difference comes down to water treatment automation and remote management, which matters most for busier or multi-site commercial operations.

How much time is required between each user?
With a complete water turnover in approximately 15 minutes, the Elite continuously filters and sanitises the water, maintaining hygienic conditions between users without the need to wait for a full filtration cycle.
Where are the ice baths manufactured?
All of the Nebula Wellness products are manufactured within our factory in DIP 2 Dubai, UAE.
How often does the water need draining?
This depends on several factors such as which model you have selected, how many users per day, indoor or outdoor installation. On average for a commercial range ice bath, the water needs changing every 4 weeks.
How does the bromine sanitation system work?
As water passes through the bromine feeder, a controlled amount of bromine is released into the circulation loop. The bromine then disperses through the water and provides the ongoing disinfectant residual needed to control microorganisms.
Can we control the ice baths remotely?
Yes, you can control your ice bath remotely via the application or the dashboard.
