Delivery within the UAE

Delivery within the UAE is free of charge. It includes delivery to site, positioning of the product, removal of packaging, setup assistance and a product overview.Installation — connection to services, commissioning and handover — is quoted separately where required, as set out in clause 6 of the Terms of Sale.Before delivery, you will receive an email asking for the information we need for a safe and smooth delivery. You are responsible for confirming that access routes, floor loading, drainage and electrical supply are adequate before the delivery date. If any concerns arise, our team will contact you to discuss options.Failed or aborted deliveries due to site unreadiness may be re-charged, and storage charges apply where delivery cannot be accepted on the agreed date, as set out in clause 4 of the Terms of Sale.

Collection

Warehouse and kerbside collection are available for all products, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Collections must be booked in advance with the Nebula team.

Accessories and spare parts

Delivery of accessories and spare parts is free within the UAE. For orders outside the UAE, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International shipping

Shipping costs for international orders are confirmed at the time of purchase. You can also contact our sales team to discuss cost-effective shipping options.International shipping includes crating to protect the product in transit. It does not include local taxes and duties charged when the product arrives at customs, which are the customer's responsibility. Customs inspections are outside Nebula's control. Our delivery partner will contact you once the product leaves our warehouse.In some cases, third-party suppliers may hold stock and manage shipping on Nebula's behalf.

Lead times and delays

Lead times are best estimates only, as set out in clause 4 of the Terms of Sale. Orders are processed and shipped on business days, Monday to Friday.If a delivery is delayed, we will let you know promptly and give you a revised delivery date.
